Distribution |
Restricted to a small area just southeast of Monte Alén in central Equatorial Guinea. All collections were made 23 kilometers southeast of this mountain along the road from Niefang to Bicurga. It is not unlikely, however, that it also occurs east and west of the present distribution area, since no collections were made there. North and south of the distribution area was frequently sampled and no further occurrence of M.montealenense was found (from original description). |
