Bachou 2017

Collected on a WAC expedition in 2017 just outside Mamfe presumably on the road to Bachou Akagbe.
Known to have been distributed as eggs in May 2017. Originally labelled Backo but later revised as Bachou.
Brought back to Germany by Sebastian Korte (the collector). Pairs were at the DKG 2023 Convention & brought back to the UK. I managed to get a couple of young pairs from them for Roger to carry them on.
I didn't find any eggs in the mops & only a few in the sand. I left them to it in a 2' square tank planted out & raised 5 fish in the tank with the parents.

Seen at the DKG 2023 Convention & labelled 'Bachou 2017'.
These were brought back to the UK.
